Our installers are highly trained installation experts. We have CFI installers (Certified Floor Covering Installers) on staff and our goal is to ensure everything we do for you is quality work and stress-free. We will move your furniture, remove the existing floor, put in your new flooring and have the furniture back in your newly renovated room before you know it.

Scheduling/Project Management
Your project is in good hands with our sales associates, project managers and installation service managers. We will schedule and coordinate all aspects of your installation. Our project managers and installation service managers are highly skilled and experienced at mobilizing material, equipment, and manpower to meet your deadline while minimizing disruption to your life.

If for any reason during the first 60 days after purchase, the customer is not completely satisfied with their Mohawk products, Big Horn Floors will replace it with any product of comparable value - no questions asked.

Emergency Services
Big Horn Floors is an IICRC Certified Firm and we have IICRC Certified Water Damage Restoration Technicians. Our IICRC Certified Technicians can be on scene in short order to make sure that all water is removed and the drying process is started as soon as possible. Big Horn Floors will make sure the affected area is dried as fast as possible.

We will work with the homeowner and their insurance company to restore the affected area back to pre-loss condition.
